Heavy rains could not spoil the atmosphere at the Berlin Pride parade on July 22nd – thanks to music, a happy crowd and several Vattenfall top managers as supporters on board the orange Rainbow Network float. And all major Vattenfall sites in Berlin flew rainbow flags in support of Pride.

Colleagues and friends joined on the Vattenfall Rainbow Network truck to celebrate diversity together with the people of Hamburg at the Pride parade on August 5th. To start the Pride week, Vattenfall, as one of the main sponsors, had illuminated Hamburg´s new concert hall Elbphilharmonie in rainbow colours.

The Stockholm Pride is said to be one of the city's largest street parties, and on 5 August, Vattenfall was the proud supporter of the parade for the fourth consecutive year. Dressed in orange t-shirts with the adapted Vattenfall logo in rainbow colours employees took turns pedaling the ten-people "bicycle for diversity and inclusion".

Vattenfall also supported the Luleå Pride in Northern Sweden.

In honour of Pride Amsterdam, Nuon illuminated its heat buffer at the Diemen power plant in the rainbow colours throughout the event.

Nuon also joined the Pride Walk: the official opening of Pride Amsterdam. The walk started with a memorial service at the Homo Monument and ended at the rainbow market in the Vondelpark, where Nuon was also present.
