Utilities urge Paris negotiators to nurture clean electricity revolution

A group of eleven leading energy utilities from around the world have published a major new report detailing how 50 different electricity technologies could play a role in meeting international climate change targets. These included more-efficient solar power, sea-based floating wind turbines and methods to capture emissions from coal-fired power plants.
